For Nikole and Brendan McCarthy, October 2nd, 2015 was a day painted in burgundy, blush, and gold.
The couple said “I do!” at the Lake of Isles in Stonington, Connectict, surrounded by a sweet bridal party of four gals and four guys.
Nikole’s bouquet of roses, gerbera daisies, hydrangea, ranunculus, astible, and gold seeded eucalyptus popped against her white sweetheart gown.
The reception centerpieces were altered a bit but mirrored the bouquets base flowers of roses, hydrangea, and gerbera daisies. A mix of these high and low arrangements, in either gold stands or vases, created a rich romantic feel.
Another area where flowers bloomed during their wedding was atop their sugary sweet cake. We placed blush and burgundy roses around the tiers, adding some color and natural decor to the cake.
Nikole and Bredan’s big day became a classic example of what a dream wedding can look like!
